Waterfront Toronto - Simcoe Wave Deck

As part of the Central Waterfront Public Realm project, the Simcoe Wave Deck comprises a unique extension of an existing concrete walkway that cantilevers over Lake Ontario. The project was completed under budget at a construction cost of 2% under the budgeted cost estimate.
