PHOENIX, AZ, April 2009 - Property and construction consultant Rider Levett Bucknall can now offer American Institute of Architects (AIA) Continuing Education Systems (CES) Learning Units (LUs) for approved educational programs or seminars. These presentations can cover a wide range of topics related to the business and practice of architecture including Building Information Modeling, whole life cost planning, managing to avoid litigation, and construction cost trends, among others and are delivered by qualified Rider Levett Bucknall staff, most of whom have formal education in architecture, engineering, law, construction management or construction economics.

Many of Rider Levett Bucknall's expert staff are educated as Chartered Quantity Surveyors, the formal training for which incorporates cost planning, value engineering, feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, life cycle costing, cost estimation, and building economics.
