In your first two years the objective is to gain a broad base of experience on which a more specialist knowledge can then be built. You will be assigned a team leader who will oversee your work on a daily basis who will take overall responsibility for your development.
You will immediately become an active member of the group and will begin to work on a variety of projects that will give you maximum exposure to all areas of our business. As you progress, you will be given an increasing level of responsibility and by the end of your first year you could well be running your own project.
