As Principal, Scott is responsible for overall direction of the Phoenix office. His primary duties include business development, client relations and project leadership for both public and private sector clients.

Scott has worked for Rider Levett Bucknall for a number of years in the areas of cost management and lender services. He is well versed in conceptual cost estimating and planning, as well as providing highly detailed estimates as required. He has also been a team member on various Value Engineering workshops and has carried out several Life Cycle Costing exercises. His experience covers education, healthcare, municipal, hotel/resort, and commercial projects, including:

• Phoenix Children's Hospital
• Sixth Street Residence Halls
• Applied Research and Development Building
