Roy Baxter is the Resident Manager of the Calgary office at Rider Levett Bucknall Americas. He is a time-served craftsman electrician with a Higher National Certificate in Building Services Engineering and has over 10 years experience in M/E/P project management and over 15 years in the construction industry.

When working for the UK's leading building and building services company, Roy successfully delivered a number of developments, including an occupied penal establishment for Her Majesty's Prison in Northern England, the Building Schools For the Future Programme and also several high profile retail schemes in the City Centre of Manchester.
