Peter joined Rider Levett Bucknall in 1987 and has since advanced in the practice to Senior Vice President and manager of the Cost Consultancy Division for the Americas practice. As a recognized expert in the field of construction cost management, he works with owners, design professionals and lenders to help control of the cost and time aspects of their construction projects. Peter is a specialist in both conceptual and detailed cost estimating as well as reconciling and negotiating project costs with the contractor prior to the owner's award.

With over 20 years of experience, Peter provides professional services to clients located throughout the United States, Asia and Europe.
