Martin Grace is the Resident Manager of the Rider Levett Bucknall Americas, Las Vegas office. He is a professional estimator with 20 years experience in the construction and property industry. He has extensive management experience on a variety of projects undertaking all aspects of pre and post contract financial management duties including; estimating, cost planning, value management, LEED certification evaluation, procurement, bid evaluation and contract management. He has also experience in project development loan monitoring and litigation support.

Martin provides cost consultancy services on a variety of public and private sector commercial, residential, educational, industrial, healthcare, hospitality and institutional developments and has extensive international experience undertaking assignments in the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. Recent project experience includes:
