John Jozwick is Corporate Counsel at the Rider Levett Bucknall Americas practice and a Principal in the Phoenix office. He is also manages the Advisory Services division, providing services in areas of construction defects, claims, time advisory, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

With 30 years experience in the construction industry, John provides advisory services to owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, sureties, and attorneys relating to construction projects and construction disputes. He has experience as an Engineer, Owner’s Construction Representative (CONREP), Attorney, Consultant and Expert Witness, and ADR Provider. John is available as an Arbitrator, Mediator, Dispute Review Board Member, Initial Decision Maker (IDM), Project Neutral or Expert Witness.

During his career, John has been involved in a wide variety of construction projects and disputes, including: bridges, roads, transit, utilities and infrastructure, civil, residential, multi-family, office, hotel, casino, commercial, industrial, educational, prisons, justice centers, hospitals, marine facilities, ship repair, and shipbuilding.
