Grant Owen joined Rider Levett Bucknall in 1995 and is now Senior Vice President of the Americas practice and Principal of the firm’s Northeast offices. As a recognized expert in the field of construction cost management, Grant assists owners, design professionals and lenders in the control of the cost and time aspects of their construction projects. For close to 20 years, Grant has specialized in both conceptual and detailed cost estimating, assessing and negotiating cost proposed variations submitted by independent contractors, and settling final cost with contractors.
