Mr. Jozwick is Corporate Counsel with Rider Levett Bucknall Ltd, located in the Phoenix, Arizona office, and is responsible for overseeing Advisory Services for North America. With over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Mr. Jozwick assists owners, contractors, design professionals, and attorneys in construction related disputes, claims, and lawsuits.

Specialist Expertise

Mr. Jozwick's experience in the construction industry has been broad and extensive. He has experience as an Engineer, Owner's Construction Representative (CONREP), Attorney, Consultant/Expert Witness, and ADR Provider.

Services provided by Mr. Jozwick include the investigation, evaluation, providing opinions on, and offering expert testimony relating to defective construction claims, scopes of repair, and costs of repair on residential and commercial construction projects. Mr. Jozwick's services also include the evaluation of, and testimony relating to, claims for delay, claims for additional compensation, and the overall management of a project. He has provided expert testimony at trial, mediation, arbitration, and administrative hearings.

In addition, Mr. Jozwick manages the Advisory Services and Litigation Support Services areas. He oversees the coordination, investigation, opinions, and reports of the Advisory Services area for Rider Levett Bucknall.

Finally, having balanced experience on all sides of a construction project from work as an Owner's Engineer and CONREP, to representing subcontractors, contractors and sureties, Mr. Jozwick has a unique perspective when hearing and resolving construction disputes. As a result, Mr. Jozwick is routinely engaged as an Arbitrator and Mediator of construction disputes.
