Andrew Field is the Resident Manager for the Las Vegas office. He has nine years previous experience in contract administration, client representation, project scheduling and programming and cost management. The majority of Andrew's extensive experience is with educational, commercial, gaming, financial and residential projects.

Specialist Expertise

Andrew specializes in the preparation of master plans and detailed schedules for commercial projects in both the public and private sectors of the building industry. Andrew has researched design management processes and the constructability of 'non-standard' architecture. Responsibilities include due diligence, lender services, project feasibility, project management from design to completion, value engineering, bidding negotiations and award, construction site observation and inspections, relocations phased completion and occupancy coordination, and FF&E procurement and installation. Andrew possesses strong leadership, planning, negotiating, organizational and problem-solving skills, teamed with the ability to 'think outside the square'.
