With over fourteen years of experience in the construction industry, Maelyn has expertise with construction cost management, change order review and negotiation, litigation support, and contract support. As a Principal of Rider Levett Bucknall; she is also responsible for client development, financial management, workload planning, and personnel management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii.
