Responsible for the overall management of the company as well as being a client liaison, Julian's project experience ranges from $100,000 to $700,000,000 projects; on which he has provided advice on construction cost, conditions of contract, contract documentation and contract administration. Some of the major projects Julian has worked on include the Phoenix Civic Plaza Expansion, the Honolulu Convention Center and the Kahala Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hawaii.

Julian has a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the Queensland Institute of Technology.

As a Certified Cost Consultant and licensed general contractor, Julian has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including: cost of repair; cost of defective construction and hurricane damaged buildings; replacement cost; schedule; auditing of time and material cost; historical construction cost estimates; cost and schedule of new construction in lease renewal. His vast expert knowledge has been utilized in Court hearings on numerous construction related disputes.
